Question 1

Should we buy an AI product or build our own?

Accepted Answer

If your use case is standard and your data isn’t sensitive, buy. Build when AI is your edge, your data must stay on your own servers, or paying per conversation gets expensive at your volume.

Question 2

Do I need an ML engineer or an AI engineer?

Accepted Answer

If your product uses a ready model such as ChatGPT or Claude, usually an AI engineer. ML engineers matter when you adapt or train your own model. We work it out together in the design session.

Question 3

Do you build the AI product for us?

Accepted Answer

No. The people work in your team, under your management. No technical lead yet? We can hire an AI lead.

Question 4

Does our data stay with us?

Accepted Answer

Access follows your policy, with NDA and DPA. If your product uses an external model such as ChatGPT or Claude, data passes through that provider; with an open-source model on your servers it stays fully with you.

Question 5

Who owns the models, data and prompts?

Accepted Answer

You do, from day one.

Question 6

How do you check AI skills?

Accepted Answer

FIT5, including a technical check for the type of AI you’re building: what the person launched, how they measured quality, and what it cost.

Question 7

What if we switch from ChatGPT-style APIs to our own model later?

Accepted Answer

We redesign the team with you and add the roles your own model needs.

Question 8

How fast can you find rare AI roles?

Accepted Answer

Most roles: first candidates in 3 to 5 working days. For rare roles we agree the date at the start.

Question 9

Can we start with one person?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Start with one specialist and grow into a team later.

Question 10

Who employs the specialist?

Accepted Answer

We do: contract, payroll and equipment. The contract setup depends on your country; we confirm it in writing before you sign.

Question 11

What if someone isn’t a fit or leaves?

Accepted Answer

We replace them at no cost, as many times as it takes, for the whole contract. Each replacement within 10 working days.

Question 12

Which time zones?

Accepted Answer

Our people work Eastern European and EU hours: a full overlap with the UK and the EU, and most of the day with the Gulf (Dubai). For Asia or the Americas we agree working hours per role.

Question 13

Can we hire them directly later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A fixed buy-out fee, and the person joins your team.

Question 14

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

One monthly rate per specialist, by role and seniority, with everything included: employment, payroll, legal, equipment, HR and People Care. Model and cloud costs are separate. We name the range on the first call.

Question 15

How is this different from an AI agency or a freelancer?

Accepted Answer

An agency builds the product for you and is paid per project. A freelancer is quick, but you vet them and carry the risk. We hire the people, employ and equip them, and they work in your team: People Care and replacements included, for the whole contract.
